Organizations marketing beneficial products for the BoP are working hard at improving their operational performance to achieve economic sustainability. We have designed and successfully tested a comprehensive methodology to improve sales and marketing performance.

Our approach draws on the ten lessons learned from our Marketing Innovative Devices for the BoP research.  It combines 1) a benchmarking tool, 2) a library of best practices and 3) an interactive two-day management workshop.
