Félix Grondin

Félix joined Hystra in 2022. Since then, he has supported a corporate health-focused impact fund in designing a cohort-based investment approach and helped a corporate environmental impact fund in defining its scoping strategy for biotechnology investments. He is currently working on the set up of a scoping workshop to inform the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s and Novo Nordisk Foundation’s future involvement in advancing worldwide adoption of biofertilizers.

Prior to Hystra, Félix worked on digitalization projects for East African governments as a consultant at BearingPoint and spent three years as a Business Analyst within a German multinational company.

A bilingual French and German citizen, Félix holds a Master’s in management from ESCP Business School and a double BSc from Université Paris Dauphine.
