Mathilde Soubeyran

Senior Consultant

Before joining Hystra, Mathilde worked for four years in a digital transformation consulting firm. As a digital and data strategy consultant, she helped large corporates from multiple sectors - including Banking, Financial services, and Construction - and French public administrations - including French Ministry of Health and AP-HP - leveraging digital innovations and data science to augment their value proposition and improve operational efficiency.

Seeking to have more impact in her professional life and convinced of the importance of engaging the private sector in addressing development issues, she joined Hystra as a senior strategy consultant in January 2023. Since then, she has been involved in several nutrition projects with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and has contributed to our work with the Sanofi Impact Investment Fund which supports the development of healthcare impact ventures in Sub-saharan Africa and South-east Asia. 

Mathilde holds an MSc in Management from Emlyon Business School.
