Bhavya joined Hystra in September 2023. Prior to joining, she worked at PepsiCo India for six years across various divisions - soft drinks, juice and food - and regions - North, South and East India - on area sales, trade marketing, and brand management. Having witnessed the harsh realities and growing problems faced by low-income consumers during her field stints, she decided to transition to the impact sector, leveraging her past experience to contribute in bringing meaningful solutions to scale.

At Hystra, she has worked on Nutrition and Health projects with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, on topics including large-scale food fortification, maternal nutrition supplements and menstrual health.

Bhavya holds an MBA from HEC Paris and a diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (India).
