A typical week at Hystra could see you working on a new business model in Nigeria to launch fortified nutritious snacks on Monday; helping to design a new public-private alliance to tackle plastic waste on Wednesday, and moving on to a research piece into the off-grid solar sector in Kenya by the end of the week! This offers a unique opportunity to simultaneously develop an expertise on inclusive businesses across sectors and geographies, while constantly learning and being confronted by new problems to tackle.
+From the board-room to the field: work across different settings to understand the problem at multiple levels
We work with executives at multinational corporations and philanthropic funds just as much as we work with pioneering social enterprises and organisations interacting daily with end-consumers. Our role in bridging these different worlds requires us to put ourselves in other people’s shoes and stay connected to the realities of the problems that we seek to tackle, as well as the solutions we strive to develop. (When safe to do so), our consultants travel across the world, from board-rooms in Islamabad to remote rural regions of the Ivory Coast.
