Jean Christophe Laugée

Network Partner

Jean-Christophe Laugée is the founder of InclusEO and a Network Partner of Hystra since March of 2019. He supports companies in fostering an inclusive economy by transforming their business practices and models.

Prior to becoming a Network Partner, Jean-Christophe supported the deployment of 85 ecosystem inclusive business innovations in more than 35 countries, in co-creation with non-profit organizations (through partnerships with Family Farmers, Waste Pickers, Street Vendors, and Care Givers).

He spent over 20 years at Danone, where he held several positions in France and Russia, such as the Danone Group Sustainable Integration Director in 2007 and the Danone Ecosystem Fund General Manager in 2009. In 2016, he was appointed Vice President of Danone’s Nature and Procurement Cycles Sustainability program.

He currently leads the Nature Agenda for Danone notably around Climate Change, Circular Economy, Water protection, and Regenerative Agriculture.

He also lectures at Sciences Po Paris on the topic of Public and Private Partnership deployment around the SDGs and at HEC Business School on Disruptive Sustainability.
